Alexandra Leigh LaForce born on the 11th of December, 1988, is an American journalist, model and beauty pageant winner. She reports on NBA basketball games for TNT as an analyst for Turner Sports. Previous roles include being the primary reporter for SEC games, and courtside reporting for college basketball. She is the host of We Need to Talk for CBS Sports Network. LaForce worked as a sports reporter for WJW for a time in Cleveland, Ohio, an FOX affiliate. In recognition of her role as anchor on FOX 8's Friday Night Touchdown high-school football show, she received an Emmy award in 2011. She was Miss Teen USA in 2005. Also, she played basketball in college at Ohio University. LaForce started her career in pageantry after winning the Miss Ohio Teen USA title 2005. This was her first attempt at the title. She was awarded the title in September 2004, her first attempt at it. In August of in 2005 LaForce competed for the title of Miss Ohio for The Miss Teen USA 2005 pageant in Baton Rouge. LaForce claimed the Miss Teen USA 2005 title following her participation in three contests such as evening attire, swimsuit and an interview. Shelley Hennig of Louisiana succeeded LaForce. The late Lesa LaForce had the honor of being Miss Ohio USA 1977. She was awarded a one year modeling contract from Trump Modeling Management and an honorary scholarship to The School for Film and Television in New York City. Additionally, she was asked to join the NBC soap drama Passions. LaForce made appearances in different regions across the United States to promote awareness regarding alcohol and drugs, as well as maintaining her higher education at the high school in Ohio.
